Something is actually coming - Bugaboo has launched two new strollers, the Bugaboo Fox Cub and the Fox 5. First of all - these are two stroller models that you can definitely can be divided into standard and premium models.
Both models promise new practical features for you and your sweetheart in their class. We will be happy to explain to you whether they can really climb the Bugaboo throne and what advantages and disadvantages each model has.
The design
Let's start with the most important things - at least for the women among us. The style and above all the colors of the pram models already make a big difference. While the Fox Cube offers you a simple black frame in combination with 4 different colors, with the Bugaboo Fox 5 spoiled for choice. The stroller offers you many possible style variants in combination with a graphite or black frame. You can decide whether you combine your stroller with a black and gray one or whether you prefer a graphite frame with the new Color Astroviolet grab. In addition, the number of white buttons on the Fox 5 has been reduced, giving the stroller a calmer, softer look
The leather-look handles are also nice to look at. Again, however, there is a small difference. The handles of the Fox 5 also have a plastic protection that is supposed to prevent handle wear.
One significant difference between the two stroller models is the design - the center of gravity of the Fox 5 frame has been shifted backwards to give you more space when walking and you at the same time to make steering easier. Both models also offer the option of attaching a wheeled board for a sibling to the frame. A small but subtle improvement was made to the Fox 5 by moving the wheeled board by a few centimetres. This way you don´t keep bumping into the board while walking.
Functions
While the prams hardly differ from each other visually, the functions clearly distinguish between the standard and premium models. Both the Fox 3 and the Fox Cub have large, puncture-proof wheels and a wonderfully spacious shopping basket for your shopping successes. However, the Fox 5's shopping basket holds a little more litres than the Cub's basket. In addition to your shopping achievements, you even have space in the Fox 5 for toys and a change of clothes. The sunroofs on both models are also wonderfully large; and protect your darling from sun, rain and wind. However, unlike the Cub, the sun canopy of the Bugaboo Fox 5 can be pulled out. The same goes for the Fox 5 sport seat, you can take it off while the Fox Cub seat is fixed. In addition to the sun canopy and the seat, the footrests of the Bugaboo Fox 5 can also be pulled out. Practical, because the stroller grows with your darling.

But while the Fox 5 comes with a whole range of comfort features, such as a breathable 3D mattress, the ability to operate everything with one hand, even easier maneuvrability or the many colour variations that you can choose from , the Fox Cub proposes with simple standard features. However, that shouldn't detract from the performance of the Cub. The stroller gives you everything you need for your stroller adventures without the touch of luxury that the Fox 5 provides. But with a big price difference compared to the rather expensive Fox 5. We'd say both strollers deserve their place on the Bugaboo throne.
