Bugaboo Cameleon Maxi Cosi car seat adapter

The Bugaboo Maxi Cosi adapter allows a secure connection of the Maxi Cosi car seat and the Bugaboo Cameleon stroller. This allows a quick change from car to stroller.

The adapters are simply clicked on the Cameleon stroller and then the infatn car seat on the adapter. The Click & Go system is very handy especially for short purchases or visits to the doctor's office.
