The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed in our online shop and in our store in Biesenthal (Germany).

And so it goes:

1. Choose your desired motive and the voucher value and put the article in the shopping cart
2. Checkout and complete the purchase
3. You will receive by e-mail your voucher as a PDF and can print it

On the voucher is a coupon code, which can be entered during the purchase before ordering. The shopping cart value will be reduced by the voucher value.

Notes: The creation of your voucher usually takes 1 working day. Voucher orders until 2pm will be send the same day. Each voucher can only be redeemed once and a cash payment is excluded.
